We are Hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Financial Secretary

Location: 2333 Hilliard Ave., Henrico, VA 23228

Hours: 28 hours/week in person from 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Thursday

Daily: Greets visitors by phone and in person and performs administrative tasks to assure an organized and harmonious workplace environment. This position works closely with church staff, vendors, church leaders and the community about all aspects of church life.

Key Skills: Microsoft Office, accounting software (ParishSoft, Tithely Church Management), Constant Contact (or similar communication platform), ProPresenter, graphic design software, and publishing software.

Reports to: Pastor in cooperation with the Staff Parish Relations Committee

Pay and Benefits: $30,500 to $32,500, sick leave and vacation leave
